2. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and text on this Website are the property of Lorra Ley and are protected by copyright law.
  • Purchases of artwork do not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

3. Product Information

  • Original Paintings: Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece. Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
  • Limited Edition Prints: These are high-quality, signed canvas prints available in a limited quantity.
  • Prints: High-Quality Prints produced and shipped by a print on demand service.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via [PayPal/Direct Banktransfer].
  • Prices are listed in [US & EURO] and include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • For orders shipped outside Moldova, import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Pre-order payments are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints: Each painting is prepared and authenticated with care. Shipping typically occurs within 30 days to ensure proper finishing and certification.

6. Returns, Refunds & Limitation of Liability

  • Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
  • Each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment by the artist, including protective layers such as glassine paper and reinforced edges. The artwork is then handed over to a professional shipping service, which provides the external packaging and handles dispatch. While the artist takes care in preparing the artwork, the artist is not responsible for the packaging materials or methods used by the shipping provider, nor for handling during transit. Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the client once the package has been dispatched. This means that the artist is not liable for loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork. While the artist cannot guarantee replacement or refund, They will do their best to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the client.
